Russians are casting their vote Wednesday in a nationwide referendum on a bundle of constitutional amendments that would, among other changes, allow President Vladimir Putin to stay in power until 2036. Despite falling approval ratings, the BBC's Sarah Rainsford tells us Putin is expected to enjoy a victory.
