EU Agrees On Pandemic Bailout Plan

The European Union has agreed to a $2 trillion spending plan, some of which is intended to help its 27 member states recover from the economic fallout of the coronavirus pandemic.

Also, LinkedIn announced plans to layoff about 6% of its workforce.
