Tokyo Has Coronavirus Surge Instead Of Olympics

Tokyo is seeing a record number of coronavirus cases this week. And the surge comes as the city and Japan as a whole was supposed to be celebrating the 2020 Olympics.

The Opening Ceremony was scheduled for Friday, but the pandemic forced the games' postponement to next summer. But questions remain about whether that's even possible.
