Day 2 Of Republican National Convention Appeals To Soft Trump Voters, Shatters Norms

First Lady Melania Trump will be among the speakers at Tuesday night's Republican National Convention. So far, the programming has portrayed Trump as an empathetic leader while painting a dark picture of his opponents.

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo will also deliver a speech recorded in Israel — breaking a long-held norm that secretaries do not participate in partisan conventions.
