Federal Court Orders Census To Continue Through October

A federal court has ordered that the Census continue through October. This extends the collection period an additional month.

The Census was set to end next week after the Trump administration shortened the intake timeline. This preliminary injunction is the latest in an ongoing federal lawsuit and an appeal is expected.
