Kentucky received $6 million from Congress through the Cares Act for election improvements. We speak with Jared Dearing, executive director of the Kentucky State Board of Elections. And, John Arquilla wrote a book that looks at the strategy and tactics used by the Allies and the Axis powers in World War II.
