Protests Erupt In Philadelphia After Police Fatally Shoot Black Man

In Philadelphia Monday night, protesters clashed with police officers in the aftermath of the fatal shooting of a 27-year-old Black man, who police said was armed with a knife. Officials have identified him as Walter Wallace.
