The Affordable Care Act comes before the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday. At issue is the health care law's individual mandate, which was upheld by the Supreme Court in 2012, but a new conservative majority on the court could invalidate the ACA.

Here & Now's Peter O'Dowd talks with Larry Levitt, executive vice president for health policy at the Kaiser Family Foundation.

This segment aired on November 10, 2020.
