Boeing's plagued 737 Max aircraft could be returning to the skies with passengers aboard after the Federal Aviation Administration announced Tuesday it was close to recertifying the aircraft. The jetliner has been grounded since March 2019 after two fatal crashes in Indonesia and Ethiopia killed 346 people total.
