An estimated 95% of colleges and universities with more than 2,500 students operate their own law enforcement agencies. As WILL's Lee Gaines reports, there's a growing movement on campuses across the U.S. to defund and disband those police departments. Also, soaring COVID-19 caseloads in Lebanon are compounding an economic crisis there that has sparked protests.
