Many adults find it difficult to make friends once they leave the socially rich environments of college and high school. As phases of life change, so too do the difficulties of making friends — and the pandemic isn't helping as nearly two years of social isolation wither old connections and make forming new ones seem impossible.

Tell us: Describe your experiences — the good and the bad — of meeting new people. What are your questions, frustrations and struggles in forming new friendships as an adult?

Fill out the questionnaire below — and if you can, please send us a voice recording of your responses. Our expert guest will share tips on forming new connections that last.

You can also submit responses and voice recordings to letters@hereandnow.org. A Here & Now producer may be in touch with you.
