A new U.N. report finds the risk of catastrophic wildfires will increase 30% by 2050.

Dozens of researchers from around the world collaborated on the findings, including Don Hankins, a professor of geography at California State University, Chico. He speaks with Here & Now's Eric Westervelt about solutions to reduce risk.
