Secretary of State Blinken visits Ukraine as 16 killed in Russian missile strike

Secretary of State Antony Blinken made an unannounced visit to Ukraine Wednesday, the same day a Russian missile strike killed at least 16 people in the town of Kostyantynivka in eastern Ukraine.
