John Perotti is the manager of podcast production for WBUR’s iLab. In this position, he oversees the audio production of all iLab podcasts. He is also a producer and sound designer for Modern Love: The Podcast.

John graduated from Emerson College in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in audio/radio production. Before spending two years as the senior technical director of NPR’s Here & Now, he spent over 10 years as the technical director for NPR’s Only A Game and audio engineer for Car Talk.

When he’s not sweating over a hot Pro Tools session, he’s writing music, spoiling his cats and annoying his wife with vaporwave records.
