Roque Cartagena lives across the street from the Orlando lot where Boston gangster Bobby Guarente stayed on visits to Florida in the early 1990s. Although Cartagena, 42 and a native of Honduras, moved to Orlando only in recent years, he provided valuable history of the neighborhood as well as a spot for Last Seen reporters to watch the excavation of the site ordered by the FBI in search of the stolen Gardner artwork.
