Modern Love Live is a live recording of the hit podcast, "Modern Love," based on the popular New York Times column by the same name.

The show will take place on Thursday, October 20, at the historic Town Hall in New York City. This very special evening will include live music, comedy, Modern Love essay readings by noted actors and interviews with the writers. The program will be hosted by Ophira Eisenberg (NPR’s Ask Me Another) with Modern Love: The Podcast’s Meghna Chakrabarti and Daniel Jones. Stories read by Kate Burton (SCANDAL, GREY’S ANATOMY), David Harbour (STRANGER THINGS), and Amber Tamblyn (DARK SPARKLER, JOAN OF ARCADIA, SISTERHOOD OF THE TRAVELING PANTS ).

Live music comes from the indie pop band Lucius, on tour this year supporting their latest album "Good Grief" out on Mom + Pop Music. Two new tracks will be released on "Pulling Teeth" a 10-inch vinyl available November 25th. Pre-order it HERE.

Modern Love: The Podcast is a new audio experience produced by 90.9 WBUR (Boston's NPR Station) in collaboration with The New York Times. Among the notables who've participated in the podcast are Sarah Silverman, Connie Britton, Colin Farrell, Emmy Rossum, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Judd Apatow, America Ferrera and Sarah Paulson.
