On October 20th, Modern Love took the stage at New York City's Town Hall. Three actors read live on stage—David Harbour of the Netflix summer hit "Stranger Things," Amber Tamblyn of “127 Hours” and "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants," and Kate Burton of ABC's "Grey's Anatomy" and "Scandal." Comedian Michelle Buteau rounded out the evening. In this week's episode, we're going to hear an excerpt—including David Harbour's reading of Kevin Cahillane's essay "Out From Under the Influence," and music by Lucius. Ophira Eisenberg, host of NPR's Ask Me Another, was the emcee.
