President Obama wraps up his historic visit to Cuba with an address in Havana Tuesday on the political changes he'd like to see in Cuba.

Obama is stressing that in spite of improved relations between the U.S. and Cuba, deep differences remain. He says he has spelled out concerns about about freedom and human rights to Cuban President Raul Castro.

Micho Spring joined WBUR from Havana on Tuesday morning. She's a Cuban native who's the global corporate practice chairwoman in Boston for the public relations firm Weber Shandwick.
