Family members of Arthur DaRosa say he had a history of mental illness and was released from the hospital just 15 hours before going on a rampage in Taunton that left two victims dead and five others injured.

Dr. Rebecca Brendel, the director of the master's program in bioethics and an assistant professor of psychiatry at the Harvard Medical School, joined WBUR's Morning Edition to talk about the process when someone is hospitalized for mental health issues.
