Shortly after British voters chose to leave the European Union, Prime Minister David Cameron announced he will resign. The news has sent markets reeling.

For a look at how it could affect the U.S. and Massachusetts, Professor Robert Nakosteen, from the Isenberg School of Management at University of Massachusetts Amherst, joined WBUR's Morning Edition.
