Per acre, Rhode Island is among the most expensive states in the country for farming. So the government there is launching a program that would help new farmers get started by selling them farmland at a discount. The effort, however, is creating a rift between new farmers and those who already own land. Rhode Island Public Radio's Ambar Espinoza reports.
