For the eighth season in a row, the New England Patriots are the AFC East division champions.

They get to skip the first round of the playoffs and move straight to hosting a game in the second round. That's after a 16-3 victory in Denver on Sunday over the Super Bowl champion Broncos.

ESPNBoston.com's Mike Reiss joined Morning Edition to discuss Sunday's game, which he attended.

This segment aired on December 19, 2016.
