UK's Camera Surveillance

To further discuss the British study that showed police surveillance cameras did not deter crime there, the study's author, Martin Gill, joins Bob Oakes from England.

Mr. Gill is a Professor of Criminology at the University of Leicester in England, and director of Perpetuity Research and Consultancy International, which is a spin-out company from the University.
