Wal-Mart Denies Claims of Racial Profiling

Wal-Mart says there is no basis for race discrimination complaints in a lawsuit filed in federal court in Boston yesterday. Ten shoppers at the Wal-Mart in Avon claim they were unfairly suspected of shoplifting because they or their companions were black.
