Romney Rolls Out Health Care Plan

With an estimated half million Massachusetts residents currently without health care, Gov. Mitt Romney has unveiled the final part of his plan to expand coverage in the state. The governor's "Safety Net" legislation, delivered yesterday, aims to encompass a segment of that population.
