Crime Lab Picks Up Pace, Space
After years of falling behind, the State Police Crime Laboratory in Sudbury has started to expand its facilities. The multi-year project is aimed at clearing a backlog of evidence and restoring public confidence. The new lab space was unveiled in a media tour yesterday and goes into full service today. WBUR's Martha Bebinger reports.
