Minorities Sought for Federal Jury Trial

In Boston, a federal judge is ordering changes to the jury notice process to avoid the prospect of an all-white jury deciding the fate of two black men. The defendants are charged with federal offenses and could face the death penalty.

The U.S. attorney's office says the proposed remedies wouldn't work and would violate the rules of jury selection.
