Otis to Take Hurricane Victims
Work is underway on Cape Cod today to transform the old Camp Edwards army base into a shelter for victims of Hurricane Katrina.
Federal authorities are asking Massachusetts to house, feed and otherwise take of 2500 people displaced by Hurricane Katrina.
They're due arrive on Wednesday.
