Hearing Spotlights Prescription Drug Abuse

Federal and state officials testified before a congressional hearing Tuesday on prescription drug abuse in Massachusetts. According to the Drug Enforcement Agency, the non-medical use of prescription drugs ranks second only to marijuana use.
