Menino, Hennigan: Boston's Public Schools

The race for mayor of Boston is coming to a close, as voters go to the polls next Tuesday. Outgoing city councilor Maura Hennigan is challenging 12-year incumbent Mayor Thomas Menino.

WBUR's Bob Oakes interviewed them separately in our studios this week. Today, we begin a two-part conversation with the candidates by focusing on Boston's public schools.
