Alito's Judicial Ethics Questioned

A Jamaica Plain resident is raising questions about the judicial ethics of U.S. Supreme Court nominee Samuel Alito. Shantee Maharaj has been waging a legal battle against the Vanguard Mutual Fund Company for the past decade. At one point, the case came into the Appeals Court of Judge Alito. That's when things got complicated. WBUR's Anne Hawke explains.
