Debating Tuition Rates for Undocumented Immigrants

A bill that's been on Beacon Hill's backburner has recently picked up some steam. The proposal to allow undocumented immigrants access to in-state tuition fees at public universities was vetoed by Governor Mitt Romney in June. Since then, it's been languishing in the legislature.
