Auto Insurance Plan Stalls On Beacon Hill

A proposal to reform auto insurance has stalled on Beacon Hill and lawmakers say they won't revisit the issue until after the new year. The House heard testimony yesterday that included comments from Governor Mitt Romney, who proposes deregulating the industry, and Attorney General Tom Reilly, who says the governor's plan fails to protect consumers. WBUR's Fred Thys reports on the debate.
