Activist Reacts to Romney's Revised Emissions Plan
Governor Mitt Romney has angered environmental activists in Massachusetts with his revised regulations for greenhouse gas emissions from the state's power plants.
The governors announced proposals would limit greenhouse gas emissions but allow plants which exceed limits to buy into a greenhouse gas trust fund instead of cutting emissions. The plan would also cap the amount the polluters would pay.
For reaction to the plan, Bob Oakes speaks with Seth Kaplan, director of the Clean Energy and Climate Change program at the Conservation Law Foundation.
