Concerns Raised Over Census Count

A day after the U.S. Census released its figures on state populations, some Bay Staters are disputing the Massachusetts findings. According to the U.S. Census, an estimated 8,600 residents left Massachusetts from July 2004 to July 2005. But some demographers and local administrators say the census is likely undercounting and that the consequences could be considerable.
