Menino Begins Fourth Term

Boston Mayor Tom Menino has begun his fourth full term with calls for bold thinking, cooperation, and faith. Veterans of the city's political scene say the Mayor seems to have more energy than ever, although they note his inaugural address yesterday was short on new initiatives.
