Governor Mitt Romney says Massachusetts is "resilient, robust and strong" as he tests how well his record in the corner office might play to a national audience.

Romney's final State of the Commonwealth speech last night did not lay out any significant new initiatives, but he did map out a plan to complete lingering priorities. And the governor pledged to spend more money than some lawmakers believe is available.
