City Reeling After Gay Bar Attack

Many residents of New Bedford are reeling after an 18-year-old man allegedly slashed and shot patrons at a local gay bar around midnight Wednesday. Three men were injured and one of the victims remains in critical condition. Police are calling the attacks a hate crime.

As Martha Bebinger reports, the violence has stunned a city that takes pride in its history of diversity and tolerance.
