National Napping Day

Monday is National Napping Day.

The tribute to the snooze was established in 1999 to help Americans get adjusted to the time change from "springing forward" and to promote the health and productivity benefits of catching some Zs in the middle of the day.

We dropped by the office of one of the founders of National Napping Day, Doctor Bill Anthony at Boston University's Sargent College of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences.

This program aired on April 3, 2006. The audio for this program is not available.
