Bill Requires Health Insurance

At the State House today, both the House and Senate will vote on their leaders' final plan for expanding healthcare coverage in Massachusetts. After months in negotiations, the bill unveiled yesterday would make Massachusetts the first state in the country to require that individuals have health insurance. It would also hold employers who don't offer coverage responsible for some of the cost of covering the uninsured. Martha Bebinger reports on reaction to both provisions.
