National Repercussions of Healthcare Bill
For a look at the national significance of Massachusetts' plan to expand healthcare coverage, we turn to Stuart Atman. He has worked as a healthcare advisor to Congress and several White House administrations and, for a dozen years, he ran the commission that regulated Medicare spending. Altman is currently at Brandeis University, where he is dean of the Heller School for Social Policy and Management.
