House Releases Budget Plan

House leaders on Beacon Hill have proposed a budget that differs from Governor Romney's spending plan for public schools. The House proposal offers $72 million less in education aid for cities and towns then the total the governor proposed in January. Martha Bebinger examines the $25.3 billion spending plan.
