Gay Marriage Revisted

Massachusetts' highest court is revisiting gay marriage. At issue is a proposed ballot question that seeks to define marriage as between "one man and one woman." Attorney General Tom Reilly's office is defending his decision to allow the question and the court must decide whether the constitution allows an initiative that would reverse a judicial ruling. The court case comes as the legislature gears up for another debate over gay marriage.
