Wrongful Death Lawsuit for Big Dig

The family of the Jamaica Plain woman killed in a Big Dig tunnel collapse has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority and contractors on the project.

The husband and oldest daughter of Milena Del Valle lodged the suit in Suffolk Superior Court yesterday, but are not seeking a specific amount of compensation. WBUR's Fred Thys has details.
