Katrina Kids Story Book

It's a simple powerful description of the destruction of Hurricane Katrina: "Things are not where they should be."

Those seven words, written by a second grader from Biloxi, Mississippi mark the first page of a new book of essays and drawings by children dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.

The striking and often stark artwork in the book "The Storm" was compiled by children's book author Barbara Barbieri McGrath of Newton.

The book grew out of a trip she took to Biloxi last year, to deliver books to Mississippi schools.
