New Chair for MA Education Board

Governor Mitt Romney has named a new chairman of the state's Board of Education.

Christopher Anderson, who's President of the Massachusetts High Technology Council, has been serving on the Education Board since January this year. He now succeeds outgoing chairman James Peyser, who'd headed the panel since 1999.

Anderson joins WBUR's Bob Oakes to talk about his priorities in education.
