AG Reilly to Sue Over Big Dig

In one of his final acts as Massachusetts Attorney General, Tom Reilly will file a lawsuit against Big Dig contractors in Superior Court today.

The multi-million dollar suit alleging negligence is against several companies involved in the construction of the Interstate 90 Connector Tunnel where ceiling panels collapsed and killed a Jamaica Plain woman in July. But the suit will also single out the Central Artery Project's managers, Bechtel/Parsons Brinkerhoff.
