MA Budget Forecast

Governor-elect Deval Patrick takes office one week from tomorrow, and he has stated that delivering a budget will be his top priority.

This morning, we're taking a look at the state budget projections to get an idea what constraints Patrick will face when looking to fund his new initiatives.
