Kerry's Plan Forward for Iraq
Massachusetts Senator John Kerry tells WBUR there is no military solution to end the Iraq War and is urging for the withdrawal of US troops.
He is offering his own resolution to pull out troops within a year, saying only the Iraqi military can stabalize the country.
