Report: Boston Needs 'Home Rule'

Boston is stymied by state lawmakers who limit the city's ability to compete: That's the conclusion of a new report out this morning from the Boston Foundation with help from the Rappaport Institute for Greater Boston.

Two Harvard Law School professors wrote the study, which says Boston needs more so-called "home rule" to reach its full potential. More now from WBUR's Business and Technology Reporter Curt Nickisch.
